Our Open Access initiative is an exciting and innovative project designed to provide a wide range of harm reduction services for clients at all stages of their treatment journey.

For clients who are in the early stages of their relationship with the service the project provides a safe space to discuss issues with drug workers and access information and support that will help reduce the harm that they may be experiencing as a result of their drug use.

For clients who may be thinking about making some more fundamental changes in their drug use a range of information in a variety of formats about treatment options are available.

Open Access staff and volunteers are around for further discussion to help clients develop an understanding of some of the factors that may be related to the successful completion of a treatment programme. When they are ready clients are referred directly to the structured treatment service.
